In addition to helping you find a home here on the site, ForSaleByOwnerUtah.net Offers several other services to buyers.
First:
Once you find the right house you will need to find a written agreement that will protect your rights. Below you will find links to the state approved purchase contract. Feel free to use it. If you would like help writing up an offer give me a call at 801.427.4607

It can be a real hassle hunting for the right house. There are literally (and I really do mean literally) thousands of different websites that list homes for sale (and that is just the ones specializing in Utah!). I search the web on a daily basis for these homes and I can tell you about homes that fit your search criteria almost as soon as they are listed. Use the form here to tell me a bit more what you are looking for. Everyday when I find a home that is close, I will email you some information about it.
Third:
In addition to this site, I also sponsor a site that lists all of the homes for sale by realtors. The address is www.FindYourHomeUtah.com.
Fourth:
If you have found a home and want to make an offer on it but aren't sure that the seller is asking a fair price for the house, I offer a service where I gather sales data from the area around your Dream House and give you a fair market analysis on the home and the neighborhood. While it isn't an appraisal it will help you decide where you want to start the negotiating process.
One more VERY important thing -
Please remember that hiring me to help you buy a house will cost you nothing. That's right NOTHING!! I negotiate all of my fees with the seller. You don't pay anything. And better yet - I only represent your interests. Even though the seller pays me, my loyalties lie with you...not the seller
